  At Devote Consulting, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of life science companies, from biotech start-ups to global top 5 pharmaceutical firms. We primarily focus on clinical operations and regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.

  How to Apply:

  Who can Apply:
  We welcome applications from people who are passionate about contributing to the life science sector. While most of our consultants hold a master’s degree or higher, we value diversity and welcome applicants from a wide range of academic backgrounds. 

  Many of our team members have degrees in life sciences or business, but we also have consultants with expertise in IT, medicine, social sciences such as anthropology and sociology, and more. What unites our consultants is the ability to help clients find the right solutions for the evolving needs of the life science industry.

  
  

  When to Apply:
  Now! We encourage you to apply as soon as you find a role that matches your profile. If you are a student, you are also welcome to apply if you are approaching the completion of your studies. For advertised vacancies, we recommend applying early, as we review applications on an ongoing basis.

  Application Review Timelines:
  We continuously review incoming applications, and you can typically expect to hear back from us within five weeks, depending on the season and our current recruitment activities.

• Tell me about the interview process!

  Interview Process:
  Our recruitment process typically consists of an introductory phone call, two interviews with members of Devote, and two assessments. Depending on the role, we also apply elements from case interview processes. The goal is to assess whether there is a mutual fit - both culturally and professionally - between you and Devote, while giving you the opportunity to learn more about us and the role.

  Preparation:
  We encourage you to explore the consultant role, our company, and the life science industry before your interview. Doing your homework not only demonstrates your interest but also helps create a more meaningful and productive conversation.

  During the Interview(s):
  Being yourself during the interview is essential! We typically conduct interviews in person, but they may also be held virtually depending on the circumstances. We recommend a business casual dress code, as consultants are expected to maintain a professional and appropriate appearance at all times.
