What You’ll Do

As a Senior Consultant with GxP System Validation Expertise, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving projects and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting projects: Deliver impactful changes in processes, data, and systems for the life science industry, focusing on R&D and clinical operations

• Business process optimization: Redesign validation and quality processes to enhance efficiency

• Stakeholder management: Lead project planning and ensure the delivery of compliance documentation for processes and systems in collaboration with other consultants and client representatives

• Driving project progress: Oversee quality and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

Your Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in business administration, IT, life sciences, or a related field

• 5 years of experience as a Validation Lead for GxP systems within regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for making an impact

• Experience with agile delivery methods is an advantage

• Using Clinical R&D systems (CTMS, eTMF, RBM, EDC, etc.) or medical devices is an advantage

• Certifications in Life Science R&D platforms are an advantage
